Our policies regarding service cancellation and refunds

Factostack Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a flexible cancellation policy for our software services. Under this policy:
For monthly subscriptions, cancellations will be processed at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions, cancellations requested within 30 days of the start of the subscription period will be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use our service, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issues and may offer service credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
For custom enterprise plans, cancellation terms will be as specified in your service agreement.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your account dashboard
Navigate to Subscription Settings
Click on “Cancel Subscription”
Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
