What we will not claim
FactoStack records your attendance and runs the payroll numbers you set up. We do not file your PF, ESI, PT or income tax returns for you, and we do not give legal advice. If you need a statutory calculation to be correct for your setup, we check it with you and write it into the agreement before you rely on it.
Biometric machines, attendance rules, leave policies, old payroll history and bank file formats all get confirmed on the setup call. Anything we cannot support, we will tell you upfront rather than after you have paid.
