What the current workaround hides

The issue is not the tool itself. It is what happens when the next team cannot see the update.

No Visibility on Quote Status

Team sends quotes but no one knows which are pending, accepted, or lost. Deals fall through cracks.

Pending Approvals Blocking Sales

Quotes wait days for manager approval. Customer moves on. Revenue lost due to slow internal process.

Duplicate Quotes for Same Customer

Multiple sales reps quoting the same customer simultaneously. Price inconsistency confuses buyers.

The connected FactoStack workflow

Each update stays attached to the operational record that caused it.

Real-time Status Dashboard

See all quotes by stage: Draft, Sent, Viewed, Negotiating, Won, Lost. Filter by rep, customer, or date.

Bulk Approval Actions

Manager approves or rejects multiple quotes at once. Never create bottlenecks with individual reviews.

Duplicate Detection

System warns when a quote is created for a customer who already has an open quote from another rep.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does duplicate detection work?

When a rep starts a new quote, the system checks if an open quote exists for the same customer within the last 30 days and alerts the rep.

Can I set quote expiry dates?

Yes. Each quote has an expiry date. Expired quotes are automatically moved to 'Lapsed' status and the customer can be re-engaged.

Is there a win/loss reason tracking?

Yes. When marking a quote as Lost, the rep selects a reason (Price, Competitor, Timing, etc.). This feeds into analytics.
